My plans for a tripod were thwarted, and at least most of the previous ones weren't edited (besides cropping). In this cases I've fiddled with a lot of them. I also used an ND8 filter this tine (which I guess is like 3 f-stops down?) so I could open the aperture more, but it looks like it ruined the bokeh.
Not sure if that was due to dust on the filter or the filter itself. [After cleaning the filter & comparing to no filter it's obvious that the filter disrupts the bokeh.]
