At some point I began wondering if a wikiwiki could work as an approach to governing, and I went looking for information on the idea, and I came across a really interesting page that seemed to be the work of probably one person, looking like the typical wiki, (MediaWiki software). I recall it had a strange “background” sort of page telling a weird story about the origins of the site, and I want to say it talked about an island and a man named Paul. But now that I’m looking for it I cannot find it.
